2019 promises to be an exciting new year with lots of projects and
Firstly we are proud to announce that the Finders team continues to
develop with the arrival of Lawin Sami who is leading our recruitment team
specialised in IT/IS professions across all industry sectors and Maykelin
Garcia who joined our Banking and Financial Services team as Sourcer/Junior
Recruitment consultant. Both joined in
January and are already hard at work serving the needs of our demanding
And that’s not all, we are looking forward to the arrival of two new consultants who will be joining our
Talent Management team in February and who will be introducing our new services
to boost performance within your teams!
Growing and consolidating the team is key, but innovating and adapting
to our client needs and market trends is also paramount!
We are developing new on-line assessment tools to
help refine still further the quality of candidate evaluations in the
recruitment process, as well as deploying the case study approach for our top
level executive recruitment!
We are also conducting an ongoing survey on candidate retention – what
makes an employee stay and commit – the results of which we will be sharing at
the 2019 Salon RH in October.
And last but by no means least – in April we will be hosting our first
Finders Alumni cocktail for our many “placed” candidates, where we can all
share career developments and glories!
