We cannot change what is happening in the world, but we can make sure we are in the best shape possible to respond to it.
Finders has designed a coaching package to support those middle and senior managers who find themselves ” On Hold” under the RHT Scheme. We believe that the stronger your sense of self, the greater your ability to maximize on the opportunities presented to you. This coaching program is designed to increase your awareness and appreciation of your Attributes, identify core Skills and prepare you for the Possibilities ahead.
Why : Boost Resilience, confidence and resourcefulness
How: By providing the space to reflect, remember, and see ourselves through the eyes of others. We explore attributes and values, hone skills and map out possibilities, using tried and tested methodology. Think of this as a personal treasure hunt.
What: 3 virtual coaching sessions conducted by international coaches, experienced at delivering transformational programmes with middle and senior management. You will receive assignments between sessions to maximise the findings and resulting change.
Coaching can be delivered in English or in French by our specialist coaches (Claire Cathelaz-Larner and Brigitte Jaquillard).
