Marina is Italian and French and has more than ten years of experience in the administrative field as a manager and assistant. In the past, she has also had several professional experiences in tourism.
She has worked in various countries, including Switzerland, France and the United States, and she is fluent in French, Italian and English.
Marina has as Accountancy High School Diploma, a University Diploma in Management, and various additional certificates. At Finders, she manages the administration and coordinates the recruitment process.
Christelle is a part of Finders’ team since 2022. She is responsible of the company’s communication, marketing and social media management.
Graduated in Modern Literature, she started her career as a journalist for the press. After discovering digital marketing, she chose to train and work in this sector.
She is now specialized in communication, digital marketing and community management, fields that allow her to use her writing skills and creativity.

+10 years’ experience in recruitment for well-known international head hunting companies before joining Finders in 2016. Strong expertise in the recruitment of management roles, with a focus on business positions such as sales & marketing but also HR, supply and finance. Focus on consumer goods, medtech/pharma, technology and retail.
Previous experience in marketing and management positions in the consumer goods industry at local and international level. Fluent in French, English and Spanish.
After a Master’s degree in Law and Political Science in France, Valérie specialised in recruitment. She acquired a diploma in Human Resources Management and worked as a headhunter, HR consultant and generalist for various companies.
Her professional career has taken her from France to Canada. Her 10 years spent on the other side of the Atlantic, in Quebec and British Columbia, allowed her to become fluent in English.
She joined Finders in 2023, where she’s in charge of recruitment in the IT and Business sectors.

Brigitte Jaquillard is a leadership communications consultant / coach and a proven business development specialist with 25 years of experience
Her coaching, training and consulting input is utilised nationally and internationally to increase individual and team effectiveness in all activities centered on influencing skills Leadership and Personal effectiveness, Sales, Negotiation, Presentation and Management Skills
Today, Brigitte specialises in coaching executive levels to hone their leadership style and communication capability
She is masterful in guiding leaders to recognise and apply their unique qualities, and empowers them to be impactful, persuasive, effective leaders of their teams and with clients
For 11 years Claire has been working as a Consultant and Coach supporting companies, teams, managers and directors with projects around assessments, transition, crisis management, helping them maintain or reinforce leadership, performance and communication within the company, develop on a personal basis, put new structures in place, identify synergies.
Initially active in the Marketing and Communications field for more than 10 years (Private Bank, multinational companies, SMEs, a Foundation and a UN Organisation) and she has managed a number of projects at an international level for regions including EMEA, Central and Eastern Europe.
She was also active in HR related roles for more than 12 years, involving being responsible for activities such as Talent selection, Performance evaluation, Career Transition and managed a team of 10.
