She has worked in various countries, including Switzerland, France and the United States, and she is fluent in French, Italian and English.
Marina has as Accountancy High School Diploma, a University Diploma in Management, and various additional certificates. At Finders, she manages the administration and coordinates the recruitment process.

+10 years’ experience in recruitment for well-known international head hunting companies before joining Finders in 2016. Strong expertise in the recruitment of management roles, with a focus on business positions such as sales & marketing but also HR, supply and finance. Focus on consumer goods, medtech/pharma, technology and retail.
Previous experience in marketing and management positions in the consumer goods industry at local and international level. Fluent in French, English and Spanish.
After a Master’s degree in Law and Political Science in France, Valérie specialised in recruitment. She acquired a diploma in Human Resources Management and worked as a headhunter, HR consultant and generalist for various companies.
Her professional career has taken her from France to Canada. Her 10 years spent on the other side of the Atlantic, in Quebec and British Columbia, allowed her to become fluent in English.
She joined Finders in 2023, where she’s in charge of recruitment in the IT and Business sectors.
After a Master’s degree in Business and Marketing Management in France and passionate about techs since he’s a child, Alexis specialized in Tech Headhunting for start-ups and scale-ups. And he’s been working in this profession for about 10 years with the same passion as day one!
Over the years, he has cultivated a deep understanding of various tech ecosystems, including Web, SaaS, Mobile, Data, DevOps, and more. This expertise allows him to connect the right talent with the right opportunities, driving growth and innovation.
Before diving into the world of tech recruitment, he honed his skills as a Sales Development Executive for Major Companies which allows him to be very close to his clients’ business expectations.
Today, with Finders, he is on the hunt for top Tech/IT talents across the internet and the most innovative start-ups and scale-ups in Europe to empower SwissTech companies to scale up and reach new heights!

With over 15 years of experience in recruiting and HR, Riki Rozenberg Pery has developed a deep expertise in the Swiss IT and banking sectors. Holding a Master’s degree in Organizational Counseling and Development, she has successfully led recruitment and HR initiatives for leading companies, specializing in labor laws, contracts and HR Account management.
Since joining Finders in 2024, Riki has been dedicated to matching top talent with the right opportunities, driven by her passion for people and her commitment to excellence.

With over 10 years of experience in recruiting, Leo Duhem has developed a deep expertise in the Life Science sectors collaborating with industry leaders such as Roche, Bayer, Medtronic, and GSK.
Leo has led strategic recruitments for global functions and market subsidiaries across the EMEA region, particularly for Switzerland, Germany, France, Belgium and Poland.
