You don’t get a second chance to make a first impression so sound out key messages you want to give to your team, organisation or clients at our Virtual Sounding Board.
Give yourself a head-start, practice where there is no risk, gain new insights from others who attend, leave the meeting with a message you are confident in and inspired by.
Rolin is providing a forum to sound out and practise the delivery of your important messages. In a virtual meeting format, other managers from varied organisations, plus 2 of our coaches will hear you, give you the response you evoked, and suggest improvements. The more sessions you attend the more you learn from others as well as your direct coaching feedback. Natural situation led learning, to develop by doing.
How it Works
A maximum of 8 leaders, from non-competitive organisations may attend a Sounding Board. Total confidentiality is protected by an NDA.
2 Rolin coaches will facilitate the meeting, part of which is conducted as one group and part in breakout rooms.
We plan to hold these 2-hour sessions once or twice each month, you simply book your seat at the table as often as you need to.

“If you can’t draw it, it’s not clear enough” I once heard a wise Design Thinking practitioner say. And it’s true! The creative influence of sketching out the solution to a problem, new product/ service or system, is astonishing. Working fast, using diverse minds you can unpack problematic realities, ideate, construct prototypes and come away with inspiring concepts and methodologies in just a few hours. Part two of this programme focuses on how to communicate that new idea upwards, sideways and downwards to implement it.
Since Covid-19 we are all rethinking how we work. To design powerful, sustainable solutions we have to think outside of the box and I know no better way than this, to quite literally pull the rabbit out of the hat!
Workshops can be run Onsite or Virtually with a minimum of 2 teams, each tackling a specific issue.
