You don’t get a second chance to make a first impression so sound out key messages you want to give to your team, organisation or clients at our Virtual Sounding Board.
Give yourself a head-start, practice where there is no risk, gain new insights from others who attend, leave the meeting with a message you are confident in and inspired by.
Rolin is providing a forum to sound out and practise the delivery of your important messages. In a virtual meeting format, other managers from varied organisations, plus 2 of our coaches will hear you, give you the response you evoked, and suggest improvements. The more sessions you attend the more you learn from others as well as your direct coaching feedback. Natural situation led learning, to develop by doing.
How it Works
A maximum of 8 leaders, from non-competitive organisations may attend a Sounding Board. Total confidentiality is protected by an NDA.
2 Rolin coaches will facilitate the meeting, part of which is conducted as one group and part in breakout rooms.
We plan to hold these 2-hour sessions once or twice each month, you simply book your seat at the table as often as you need to.

Design Thinking
2020 has stimulated the need for change. Many services and processes have been challenged. With the help of visual artists and coaches, problems can be unravelled, and new, creative strategies mapped out, in short timeframes, using a Design Thinking approach.
“If you can’t draw it, it’s not clear enough” I once heard a wise Design Thinking practitioner say. And it’s true! The creative influence of sketching out the solution to a problem, new product/ service or system, is astonishing. Working fast, using diverse minds you can unpack problematic realities, ideate, construct prototypes and come away with inspiring concepts and methodologies in just a few hours. Part two of this programme focuses on how to communicate that new idea upwards, sideways and downwards to implement it.
Since Covid-19 we are all rethinking how we work. To design powerful, sustainable solutions we have to think outside of the box and I know no better way than this, to quite literally pull the rabbit out of the hat!
Workshops can be run Onsite or Virtually with a minimum of 2 teams, each tackling a specific issue.
Other skills we support
The following essential skills are delivered in a creative, experiential workshop environment, either in person or virtually. Each principle is presented and practised using real scenarios relevant to your team. Memory Jogger video soundbites, to prolong the learning experience and effectiveness, can be made for each on request.
Leadership
Crafting a vision and cascading that down through your team and the organisation, determines direction, focus and results.
We focus on the clarity and compelling nature of the vision, then coach leaders in representing that vision with how it is communicated.
We are looking for impact, engagement and alignment. (2 day workshop, or 4 virtual sessions of 3 hours).
Management
The way in which we brief an individual or a team sets the tone for all that follows.
In this workshop we focus on briefing, coaching, feedback and group dynamics.
All practical work is based on scenarios prepared specifically for your managers, based on your goals, values and competencies.

Presentations
Creating a strong connection with your audience while presenting is an art.
Presenting in the virtual context can be a challenging experience.
Our presentation coaches all have a legacy in theatre, film and the corporate world.
We have coached people giving TED talks and Townhalls as well as management teams looking to sell the business.
You will notice an increase in creativity, engagement and impact from these workshops.

Effective Meetings
Much of our work time today is spent in meetings but how productive is that time?
This workshop gives a framework for focus and engagement plus the communication tips to maximise impact and generate action.
The content and framework for this programme is tailored to either meetings in person or virtual meetings.
One day workshop – or 2x 3 hrs online virtual course.
Business Development
Building strong client relationships and generating enough of the right kind of business is core to any successful enterprise.
Our business development specialists guide your people through the human and strategic aspects of acquiring new business and developing existing client accounts.
As always we like to make this measurable and for the workshop to pay for itself within a short timeframe.
