Training Programme & Approach

This interactive, practical, and fun programme is designed to be highly practice-oriented, allowing participants to apply skills immediately to real professional situations. Each session encourages participants to step outside their comfort zone and build confidence through hands-on exercises.

You will work through four key sessions:

• Session 1 – Preparing for Success: understand your audience, identify their needs, and tailor your messages to achieve the desired impact.
• Session 2 – Communicate with Presence and Impact: deliver your messages clearly, succinctly, and with engagement.
• Session 3 – Managing the Moment – Dealing with Pushback: develop agility and flexibility to navigate spontaneous conversations.
• Session 4 – Practice Sessions – Presenting: bring all the skills together to create, rehearse and deliver a presentation based on a real business situation.
