Here we are at the beginning of another New Year! The difference this year with the previous is that we have very little visibility on what the year might bring due to the continuing challenges that COVID-19 is throwing at us all.
In this light, my plan for Finders is to simply accentuate our core beliefs and strengths: to continue to strive to bring you quality service and to find new and innovative ways to do this!

In this day and age, with leaders required to inspire and lead at distance, the services of our Talent Development team are even more important:
- Executive coaching is key for developing individuals, improving the management and motivation of remote teams, increasing confidence, maintaining or building affinity – and all this through a screen!!
- We are significantly deploying the GAP performance Diagnostic. A unique tool, coming from the USA and for which we are sole distributor for Switzerland. It measures a team’s alignment to corporate and team goals identifying areas where there is a gap. Our coaches work with the team to identify and implement the actions necessary to bridge this gap and improve performance, and then we re-measure after 6 months…. the results are astounding – easily covering the cost of the tool and the interventions.
- And our career transition programs can help you provide the support to staff with whom you have had to separate, guiding them in defining their next career move and giving them the tools to reach their objective.
