As part of our OPTIMISE offering, we have developed 3 new services to help optimise employee retention:
Onboarding Service
Why – To help integrate newly recruited Managers and ensure their success
How – One 90 minute session prior to taking up the function, followed by one 90 minute session per month during the trial period
Boost on-the-job engagement and motivation
Why – To offer your talents the opportunity to define and own their development plan
When :
- A new situation requires that some employees will have to adapt or develop new personal skills
- You want to re-motivate good performers
- You want to accompany good performers who experience a transition phase
- You want to reward top talents
- You want to promote diversity and inclusion
How – 4-6 sessions of 2 hours/session, including psychometric test Talents TLP + one final recap meeting with the Line Manager and HR with the coachee of 90 minutes to 2 hours.
At the end of the “Boost program”, the coachee will complete his/her development plan using the corporate development framework.
Back to work after a long leave of absence
Why – To help the successful integration of your employee
When :
- You want your employee to feel supported in a delicate return situation
- You want your employee to re-gain self-confidence
- You want to help your employee to plan their return and communicate with colleagues
- You want to support your employees in finding a new purpose and a new approach towards their responsibilities.
- You want to help your employees to find a new work-life balance
How:
- One 90 minutes session prior to return to the office
- Two 90 minutes sessions during the first month back to work
- One 90 minutes session during month 3 and 4
Our coaching fees are CHF 400.-/hour + TVA.
