Active for over 25 years in the HR field, Anne works as a Certified Professional Coach (PCC ICF) and Senior Consultant. She works with senior managers, teams and companies in Switzerland on a variety of projects.
She coaches on integration into a new role, leadership development, collaboration and communication within and outside the team, change management and career transition.
Anne also works in the fields of talent management, HR and organisational projects, workshop creation and facilitation, and HR consulting.
She has gained experience as an HR Manager and Consultant working for various multinationals, SMEs, foundations and public companies active in services (banking, medical, recruitment), public transport, consumer goods, medical devices, technology and the machinery industry, in contexts of mergers & acquisitions, start-ups and maturity.
Customer-focused, Anne uses her listening and facilitation skills, her positive energy and results orientation to help customers achieve their goals. She speaks French, English and German.
