Back from what I hope was a restful Summer, I am excited to share with you information on our ever expanding team and services and upcoming events through to the end of the year!
I am very proud to introduce 3 new consultants who have joined our Recruitment Division:
Alexis Viguier – based in Lausanne he will be recruiting for our IT/Tech team and is very experienced working with start-ups and scale-ups, as well as other industry sectors. He will be working closely with Valerie Dugimont who joined our team last year. Alexis.viguier@finders.ch
Leo Duhem – based in Zurich will be opening a new specialization for Finders – the recruitment of Life Sciences professionals in the Medtech/pharma sector throughout Switzerland. He will also be working with me on Corporate professions in the Swiss German region. Leo.duhem@finders.ch
Riki Pery – based in Zurich will be working on banking professions as well as IT/Tech in the Swiss German region. She will be working closely with Sally Trigues who has been with us for 18 years!! Riki.pery@finders.ch.

We will be hosting our second Lunch n’Learn this year, which has been renamed “Reflect & Learn”. The subject is “Retour en Force: Réintégrer le Travail après une Longue Absence » The 45 minute webinar will be hosted by one of our coaches – Anne Fankhauser, and we will have 1-2 guest speakers who will talk about their experiences within their organisations, managing this delicate and important topic. Reserve the date – 26 September 11-11.45 I hope to see you all online!
We will also be present at the Salon RH again this year. Held at its new venue of the Palais de Beaulieu in Lausanne on the 13th and 14th of November, our stand will be J.05 and we will also be hosting a round table conference on Thursday the 14th at 10am, animated by Valerie Isabel on the subject – “Data-driven recruitment: Pourquoi? Comment ?” with guest speakers from well known in-house Talent Acquisition teams. We hope to see you at the event! More information and free entry tickets will follow!
