In today’s agile and virtual work environment relationships between leaders and their teams need to be strong, communication fluent and actions taken rapidly. Daily or weekly interactions are the norms, and coaching skills are essential. Add to this the enforced challenges of working from home due to COVID-19, the team may feel dispersed and managers need support if they are to maintain or boost performance levels.
You get a clear snapshot of the engagement and performance capability of selected managers and their teams (using the GAP Performance Diagnostic) with the added dimension of a coaching and training intervention to polish relevant performance management skills guided by the data.

How: This is a 4-part program.
The leader and their team complete an online questionnaire (The Gap Performance Diagnostic). The leader/manager receives the GAP Performance analysis + a 2-hour coaching session to debrief on the findings, followed by a half-day on-line training to develop their coaching and performance management skills. Finally, 3 months later, an additional coaching session is conducted either in person or on-line to identify changes that have occurred, and measure increased performance capability.
