I am happy to say that the Recruitment Division is as busy as ever and to keep providing you a quality service we have recruited 2 new members to the team:
Alexandra Iffland as Recruitment Coordinator/Sourcer for the Business team
Virginie Celin as Recruitment Coordinator/Sourcer/Junior Consultant for the Banking team
We are proud to have a number of new clients requesting our services, and equally proud that existing clients remain loyal and want to work with us on an ongoing basis. We are very actively working on sourcing and recruiting at management level for entities throughout Europe and even further abroad in addition of course to Switzerland!
The Talent Development team is going from strength to strength with great interest in our GAP Diagnostic tool. Our consultant Claire-Cathelaz-Larner has deployed the tool with great success in 2021 across an entire IT department of one of our mid-sized international clients. It successfully addressed concerns in the areas of communication and collaboration within teams and across teams, eliminating silos, and developed Leadership in young and seasoned managers. It effectively helped build identity, affinity, operational efficiency and collective intelligence in the case of new teams, and has significantly increased employee ownership, engagement, purpose and well-being within this +100 strong department.
2021 was another year of resilience but we have been meeting 2022 with enthusiasm and optimism and look forward to your continued support and partnership.
