It’s been an exciting and full first 5 months of 2025 here at Finders. With new team members, refreshed training programmes and upcoming events, we’re thrilled to share our latest updates with you.
👋 Meet the New Faces at Finders
As we continue to grow, we’re expanding our footprint across both French- and German-speaking Switzerland — with a presence in Lausanne, Geneva, and Zürich — and we’re delighted to welcome three new consultants to the team:
Stéphane Pothin joins us as Recruitment Consultant within the IT/TECH team in Lausanne. With nearly 10 years of experience in IT recruitment across Switzerland, the UK and France, Stéphane brings solid expertise in sourcing strategies, candidate assessment and key account management.
Agnes Cieslok joins us as Senior Recruitment Consultant. With over 20 years experience in executive search and recruitment, Agnes brings deep expertise in HR, Finance, Supply Chain and Engineering roles as well as professions in Financial Services – throughout Switzerland and Europe.
Hugo Perry joins us as a Recruitment Consultant. He began his career at a UK-based consultancy, where he gained valuable experience in both permanent and contract recruitment. He now specialises in placing actuaries and underwriters within the insurance sector, and also sources and places candidates across the wider Financial Services industry.
