With the new year already in full boom, I am happy to share with you some of our plans for the year as well as insights.
As ChatGPT seems to be the talk of the town at the moment, I thought I would share with you how we, at Finders, use this tool. Our recruitment consultants use it to search for client competitors when sourcing for candidates, we use it for sourcing in general and we use it to create technical tests and assessments. We would like to underline that we DO NOT use it for evaluating or interviewing candidates. All our consultants take the time to use our “Competency Based Interviewing technique” combined with their years on the market and therefore knowledge of their industry sector when selecting, interviewing and evaluating candidates which we present to you.
Our new Recruitment consultant for IT and Technical profiles – Valérie Dugimont is now well established and developing her activity well in Switzerland and in Europe. Valérie Isabel continues to take on complex searches in Switzerland and Europe usually trying to find the needle in a haystack, and Sally Trigues is constantly busy on the banking and legal desk!
Talent Development Division
We are very happy to welcome back to the team Anne Fankhauser who will be working with us on executive coaching, transition coaching and candidate coaching. With a strong background in Human Resources, she is also able to fulfil HR consultancy missions on our behalf. She is also an accredited Talents TLP coach and uses the tool’s 360° process as part of her coaching offer or as an individual service.
We are in the process of adding one or two additional coaches to this team, joining us with different backgrounds and therefore able to fit different industry sectors and client needs.
Our GAP Diagnostic tool continues to attract interest from our clients. This tool is unique in its ability to measure the performance of a team, looking not only at engagement but also ownership, interdependence, purpose and risk and identifying the gaps. With the intervention of our Talent Development coaches, we are able to close those gaps and significantly boost the team’s performance.
We are further developing and enhancing our “Assessment Centres”. We are now able to include in this offer an online case study evaluation, as well performing our own interactive role plays with observers.
